PROCEEDINGS OF THE SCHOOL BOARD OF THE PARISH OF CONCORDIA, STATE OF LOUISIANA, TAKEN AT A SPECIAL MEETING HELD ON THURSDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2015

The School Board of the Parish of Concordia, State of Louisiana, met in Special Session at the Concordia Parish School Board office in Vidalia, Louisiana, on Thursday, December 17, 2015, at 5:00 P.M.  The meeting was called to order by Mr. Raymond Riley, who after prayer and the Pledge, declared that the Board was ready for the transaction of business.

Members present were Mr. Warren Enterkin, Ms. Mary Campbell, Mr. Fred T. Butcher, Mr. Ronnie Bradford, Ms. Cheryl Probst, Mr. Jeffery Goodman, Mr. Raymond Riley, Mr. John Bostic and Mr. Rickey Raven.

It was moved by Mr. Bradford, seconded by Mr. Raven and carried unanimously to appoint Mrs. Loretta Blankenstein as the Interim Superintendent for a term of eighteen months.

It was moved by Mr. Raven, seconded by Mr. Bostic and carried unanimously to adjourn at 5:05 P.M.
