PROCEEDINGS OF THE SCHOOL BOARD OF THE PARISH OF CONCORDIA, STATE OF LOUISIANA, TAKEN AT A SPECIAL MEETING HELD ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 5, 2021.

The School Board of the Parish of Concordia, State of Louisiana, met in Special Session at the Concordia Parish School Board office in Vidalia, Louisiana, and via Zoom teleconference, on Wednesday, May, 2021, at 5:30 o’clock p.m.  The meeting was called to order by Mr. Fred Butcher who after prayer and the Pledge, declared that the Board was ready for the transaction of business.

Members present were Mr. Warren Enterkin, Mrs. Dorothy Parker, Dr. Raymond Riley, Mr. Derrick Carson, Mr. John Bostic, Ms. Angela Hayes, Mr. Ricky Raven, and Mr. Fred Butcher.

Board Member Mrs. Lisette Forman was absent.

It was moved by Ms. Hayes, seconded by Mr. Raven and carried to adopt the Agenda.

This meeting is called for the purpose of conducting superintendent candidate interviews.

Candidates were interviewed in the following order:

1.  Montrell Greene

2.  Susan M. Henson

3.  Arlana Lewin

It was moved by Dr. Riley, seconded by Mr. Raven and carried to adjourn at 8:33 p.m.
