PROCEEDINGS OF THE SCHOOL BOARD OF THE PARISH OF CONCORDIA, STATE OF LOUISIANA, TAKEN AT A SPECIAL MEETING HELD ON THURSDAY, JUNE 6, 2024

The School Board of the Parish of Concordia, State of Louisiana, met in Special Session at the Media Center, 508 John Dale Dr., Ste B, Superintendent Bachus’ office, in Vidalia, Louisiana, on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at 5:30 p.m.  The meeting was called to order by Mrs. Lisette Forman, President.  After prayer and the Pledge, President Forman declared that the Board was ready for the transaction of business.

Board members present were Mr. Derrick Carson, Mrs. Lisette Forman, Mr. Fred Butcher and Mrs. Dorothy Parker.

Absent were Mr. Fred Marsalis, Sr., Mrs. Vanessa Houck, Mrs. Angela Hayes, Mr. Wayne Wilson, and Mr. Matt Taunton.

In the absence of a quorum, the meeting was adjourned at 5:46 PM.
