Discussion Items:
• Received a grant funded by Entergy to evaluate HVAC units. Mr. White shared findings and discussed possible solutions for HVAC measurement improvements.
• Mr. Carson led a discussion allowing coaches to ask questions regarding field conditions. A slideshow was presented highlighting progress made over the past few months.
• Discussed the need for a unified fundraising structure for each community to avoid duplicate or overwhelming requests to local businesses.
• Reviewed and discussed the FHS project and addressed concerns regarding the AC unit at CEC.
• Reviewed available data from the 2024–2025 school year.
