PROCEEDINGS OF THE SCHOOL BOARD OF THE PARISH OF CONCORDIA, STATE OF LOUISIANA TAKEN AT A SPECIAL MEETING HELD ON THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 1992.

The School Board of the Parish of Concordia, State of Louisiana, met in special session at the Concordia Parish School Board Office in Vidalia, Louisiana on Thursday, February 20, 1992, at six (6:00) o'clock p.m.

Members present were Honorable J.W. Calhoun, President; Rev. Johnnie Brown; Mrs. Marie Cowan, Mr. Jerry King, Mr. Manson Nelson; Mrs. Polly Miley; Mr. Charles Partridge; Mr. Walter Stampley; and Mrs. Georgia Washington.

Members absent:  None

The School Board of the Parish of Concordia was duly convened by Honorable J.W. Calhoun, President, who declared that the board after prayer led by Mr. Manson Nelson and the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, was ready for the transaction of business.

It was moved by Mr. Stampley, seconded by Rev. Brown, and carried to go into executive session at six-o-one (6:01) o'clock p.m. to discuss pending litigation.

It was moved by Mr. Stampley, seconded by Rev. Brown  and carried to return to open session at seven-forty (7:40) o'clock p.m.

It was moved by Mr. Stampley, seconded by Rev. Brown  and carried to adjourn.

The meeting was adjourned at seven-forty one (7:41) o'clock p.m.
