PROCEEDINGS OF THE SCHOOL BOARD OF THE PARISH OF CONCORDIA, STATE OF LOUISIANA, TAKEN AT A COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 1993.

The School Board of the Parish of Concordia, State of Louisiana, met in committee at the Concordia Parish School Board Office in Vidalia, Louisiana on Tuesday, February 16, 1993 at five-thirty (5:30) o'clock p.m.  The meeting was called to order by the Honorable J.W. Calhoun, President, who declared that the Board, after prayer led by Mr. Manson Nelson and the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, was ready for the transaction of business.

Members present were Honorable J.W. Calhoun; Mrs. Marie Cowan; Mr. Jerry King; Mrs. Polly Miley; Mr. Manson Nelson; Mr. Charles Partridge; and Mr. Walter Stampley.

Members absent:  Rev. Johnnie Brown and Mrs. Georgia Washington

Mr. Thomas O'Neal and Mrs. Gloria Dangerfield presented the financial report and an itemized list of Project Fund expenditures up to and including February 16, 1993.

Mr. H. L. Irvin, Support Supervisor presented information on school bus video equipment and the feasibility of installing video equipment on school busses beginning next fiscal year.

The meeting was adjourned at six-thirty (6:30) o'clock p.m.
